These 2020 ASU HST 328 projects (Downtown Phoenix campus) reflect the use of collage and some word-based representations of the theme and historical references. Some projects that include word-based representations are listed under the "Poetry and Language Arts" page.

I want to especially thank Dr. Rosemarie Dombrowski, Phoenix Poet Laureate and significant colleague, for her assistance with these artistic representations of difficult history as she motivated and inspired students with her ideas, expertise, and class visits (in-person and in Zoom!).
