This one brings it all home and concludes the arc began in Master No. Theo is home but all is not well because what happens when you've forgotten your whole life? This is kind of a secret baby book because the hero literally forgets that he ever slept with the heroine.
So why did I write it this way? Theo has always chased Erin. Even after he catches her, she loves him, but she's still got some walls up and would have had them even with their son. Having to go through what she does forces Erin to grow. Now she's the one who has to have faith. And that faith pays off in a big way. (And yes I took away hope but she found faith. A little obvious, but I think it works.)
This book sets the stage for The Forgotten.
