Waffles Belgian
Belgian Waffles
- 1 Cup Self Rising Flour
- Pinch of Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1/4 Cup Butter (half stick) Melted
- 1 Teaspoon Real Vanilla Extract
- 1 Cup Buttermilk
Separate egg yolks from whites, place egg yolks in medium bowl and egg whites in small bowl.
Whip egg yolks
Add Buttermilk, melted Butter, and Vanilla Extract Mixing Well
Add Flour, Salt and sugar, mix well.
Beat the egg whites with a hand mixer until very soft peaks
Preheat Belgian Waffle Iron
Gently Fold Egg Whites into Batter
Bake in Waffle Iron according to directions.
This Batter made Three Extra Large Belgian Waffles.
