Cheese Ball Pineapple-Cream Cheese

Pineapple Cream Cheese Ball

    • 2 and 1/2 packages of Philadelphia Cream Cheese

    • 1 and 1/2 can 8oz. Dole Crushed Pineapple Drained

    • 1/3 cup Fresh Crisp Green Bell Pepper chopped finely

    • 3 Tablespoons finely chopped Green Onion

    • 3 teaspoons McCormick Seasoned Salt

    • I teaspoon Chopped Fresh Dill

    • 1 cup Nuts Pecan or Walnut chopped finely

    • Plus

    • **1 cup Nuts Pecan or Walnut chopped: This cup will be used later to coat the Cheese Ball. Set aside for that purpose.**

    1. Mix the first 6 ingredients

    2. Chill

    3. Shape into Ball and wrap lightly in waxed paper

    4. Right before you serve roll cheese ball into the **remaining nuts.
