Chicken Casserole - My Old Quick & Easy Recipe

Preheat Oven to 350 degrees

Ingredients

Whole Chicken, boil, cool and de-bone

2 cups chicken broth

1 can Cream of Celery Soup

1 can Cream of Chicken Soup

1 bag Pepperidge Farm Stuffing

1 stick of butter

Instructions

Mix broth and soups simmer on medium low to low heat for 15 minutes.

Melt butter and mix with the stuffing.

Place half of the stuffing mixture on bottom of 13" x 9" baking pan.

Layer pulled chicken over stuffing.

Pour soup mixture over chicken.

Top evenly with the rest of the stuffing mixture.

Cover with foil

Bake for 30 minutes

Serve immediately
