Jesus is Eternal...These are a few of the verses in the New Testament that tells us that He is Eternal...His LOVE for us is Eternal...And what He teaches us is the eternities...
When Jesus told His Disciples that surely I will be with you always, to the very end of the ages, that is a statement of living forever...He says that heaven and earth will pass away, but His Word will always and forever be with us...St. John adds in Revelation that God is the Alpha and the Omega...God is First and He is the Last...And the author of Hebrews tells us that Jesus is the same yesterday, today, and forever...
So those who believe in Jesus, life is not temporary...We are not just put on earth to die...Life is eternal and forever...Jesus prepares a place in the Heavenly Mansion for those who believe...
Author and Priest Brennan Manning reminds us of God and His Son's Eternal Grace and Eternal LOVE...Manning wrote, "The gospel of grace calls out: Nothing can ever separate you from the LOVE of God made visible in Christ Jesus our Lord...Faith will become vision, hope will become possession, but the LOVE Jesus Christ that is stronger than death endures forever...In the end, it is the one thing you can hold on to."...
