The Headquarters (HQ) is where the command is situated. Having the most armor and hit points than any other building, the Headquarters can survive many hits, whether it be from the skies, or from the depths of the ocean. The Headquarters is the most important building there is, providing a certain amount of Command points (CP) that can be used to train units. In the beginning of a battle, the Headquarters will provide you with a set amount of resources you can develop your base with during deployment time. It also allows you to place your construction yard only within the building radius of your Headquarters in the first few seconds of battle. Finally, a reserved power plant and a small supply center makes the Headquarters a reliant and useful building.
The Headquarters can always be upgraded during battle. The main reason a player might want to upgrade their Headquarters is if he/she wants more Command points (CP) in a battle to train more units, or if the player wants to get ahead in the game and build stronger units, like the jaguar or hawk. When a player starts off in a battle, he/she will have one Headquarters prebuilt for them, and they can upgrade the level of their Headquarters as time goes by, here are the prerequisites for upgrading your HQ
Level 1 to level 2 (Cost: 400 resources)
At least 1 power plant already built (300 resources in total)
At least 1 supply center already built (400 resources in total)
1 construction yard already built (300 resources in total)
Level 2 to level 3 (Cost: 800 resources)
At least 2 power plants already built (600 resources in total)
At least 2 supply centers already built (800 resources in total)
1 construction yard already built (300 resources in total)
Level 3 to level 4 (Cost: 1300 resources)
At least 3 power plants already built (900 resources in total)
At least 3 supply centers already built (1200 resources in total)

Level 4 to level 5 (Cost: 1600 resources)
At least 4 power plants already built (1200 resources in total)

Level 1 Headquarters
The ability to train any Infantry - Rifleman at tier 1, Grenadiers at tier 2, and Snipers at tier 3 barracks
The ability to build Armored cars - Coyotes at tier 1, and Armadillos at tier 2 assault vehicle factories
Level 2 Headquarters
The ability to build Naval units - Caimans at tier 1, and Alligators at tier 2 shipyards
The ability to build Mobile anti air - Porcupines at tier 1 special vehicle factories
The ability to build Helicopters - Dragonflies at tier 1 avia factories
Level 3 Headquarters
The ability to build Tanks - Jaguars at tier 3 assault vehicle factories
The ability to build long range Artillery - Mammoths at tier 2 special vehicle factories
The ability to build Fighter jets - Hawks at tier 2 avia factories
The ability to build Submarines - Barracudas at tier 3 shipyards

The ability to build mobile active Camouflage - Chameleons at tier 3 special vehicle factories
The ability to build tactical Bombers - Albatross’ at tier 3 avia factories

The ability to build Nuclear weapons - Nuclear missiles at nuclear launchers
