Assault Rush

Perfect for taking out unprepared enemies fast

Requirements

The requirements are:

  • Your Assaults are well leveled

  • Your enemy does NOT build a sniper tower or bunker at the beginning of the battle

It is also recommended:

  • Your Barracks production speed is well leveled

  • Your HQ's internal Energy is maxed

  • You have played on that map before and know where your enemy is located

  • The map is small (the smaller the map the higher the success)

  • Your opponents rank is below rank 23 (players at that level often have their buildings' defense upgraded which makes this tactic useless against them)

Build order

Build your buildings in the following order:

  • Construction Yard

  • Power Plant

  • 3 Barracks (depending on how much you upgraded the internal energy of your HQ you can build 1 or 2 barracks before the powerplant)

  • 1 - 3 Supply Centers (depends on your starting resources)

How to use

Start producing Assaults as soon as you can and whatever happens, don't stop producing! Your goal is to completely overrun your enemy before he can do anything.

At first you should collect containers all over the map like you normally do as this will not only take away resources from your enemy which they could use to resist your rush but will also make it easier to switch to another tactic afterwards if it failed.

After you finished scouting you immediately send all Assaults to your enemy's base and focus on the following buildings:

1. Towers under Construction (Your rush has higher chances to fail if the enemy manages to get up one or more defense towers)

2. Barracks/Vehicle Factory (You basically remove the only other chance for your opponent to defend against your rush)

3. Construction Yard (If you manage to destroy this building after the enemy has no more towers and barracks you basically defeated the player)

You win!

Notes:

  • This tactic has often been used to beat even opponents with far higher ranks than yours.

  • This tactic can defeat an opponent's Coyote rush. The winner is decided by who is faster.

  • This tactic is a high risk high reward tactic.
