Credits

Credits

Credits are the main currency of the game and are used for most upgrades, including skill cards.

Income

Achievements

When a player completes achievements on Blue or Red difficulty, they reward a fixed amount of credits. Those rewards can range between 200 and 10.000 credits and can not be increased and can only be claimed once. This means that while they sometimes provide a small bonus income, they are still comparatively insignificant compared to other sources of income like battles, not to mention that they tend to take a lot of time to complete.

Battles

The main income for Credits are World War PvP battles. They give between 1,000 and 3,250 credits for each match won by the player, not including skills, and obviously differs greatly in scale. The main factor that comes into play here, is the Rank of a player, which changes the base reward of a battle from 1,000 credits at rank 1 to 3,250 credits at Rank 29. But that is not all as the maximum reward can go much higher.

That's where other factors come into play. Depending on your winrate you can also get an additional credit bonus of up to 2000 credits, which also depends on your rank and is calculated as:

bonus = base_wr_bonus_of_rank * winrate

The specific base rewards and and winrate dependent bonuses can both be looked up in the game under "Options" and in the submenu "LIST OF RANKS".

Additionally, several other factors from your performance in battle also provides extra income. The longer a battle goes on for, the better the multiplier will be, starting from +10% for 20 minutes up to +35% for 50 minutes or more of battling. Your activity in battle provides another source of bonus income, from +5% for 50% activity or more, up to +30% for 90% activity or more. Depending on your current win rate, you can get bonuses starting from +10% for a WR of 50% or more, up to +60% for a WR of 90% or more. If you have gathered a lot of PvP stars for your clan, you also get another bonus of up to 20% to your total PvP income.

Furthermore, Premium gives another 2000 credits for the first victory every day while also multiplying the total income per day by 1.5 (+50%). By upgrading the "WW Battle Reward" Skill it is possible to get another +50% bonus to your income. By investing money into the game, it is possible to get the "Starter Pack" which besides other things doubles your winrate-dependent bonus income and the "Advanced Pack" which besides other things provides you with another 2000 bonus credits for the first win on every day.

There are also sometimes events, most of the time during summer and around Christmas time, that provide you with a flat +50% pvp reward increase.

Please Note: Depending on your Rank you will have to pay between 200 and 2.000 credits to take part in a battle. Boosts bought during or before a battle also cost Credits or Gold (depending on the Boost) and a lost battle will not yield any sort of income. This means that if you start boosting a lot, you might have a net-negative income battles.

Tournament Battles and Skirmish Battles work similarly, just with different Base Rewards, Winrate Bonuses and Entrance Costs which can also be looked up ingame in the "LIST OF RANKS". 2v2 battles though work exactly like pvp world war battles with the same rewards and costs.

Current known formula for battle rewards:

Base_Reward * Battle_time * Activity_Bonus * Winrate_Bonus * Clan_Bonus + Daily_Win_Bonus

Campaign

Each of the numerous campaign levels gives a certain maximum amount of credits, which can only be fully gained when completing a level on Hard with 3 stars. Its also only possible to get the campaign reward once. Each time you complete a level, the reward you already got will be subtracted. This makes them a viable income only for new players and of (nearly) no significance to high ranked players.

Clan

Whenever a player plays the game, they contribute credits to the Clan Account. Depending on one's activity in a clan, one gets a fixed amount (in percent) of these credits every single week.

Chests

There are several chests which can give you additional credits. They are:

  • Advertisement Chests

  • Clan Supply Chests

  • Contract Chests

  • Free Chests

  • Token Chests

  • War Chests

Contracts

Contracts require you to complete tasks like winning 3 pvp battles or producing 20 units of a specific type and reward you with a small amount of credits. By successfully fulfilling multiple contracts in a streak, you can get harder and more rewarding tasks.

Daily Reward

By logging in on certain days in the month, you can get free credits, and if you choose to watch an ad you can receive double the credits. Logging in throughout the month will let you claim cumulative login chests not affected by your rank, but are affected by the guaranteed credits skill

Gold

It is possible to exchange Gold for credits with an exchange rate of 10 Gold for 1,000 credits. This is also a highly recommendable use for Gold. This also means that any sort of Gold income can indirectly be seen as a Credit income.

Quests

Quests are similar to contracts, just that they can only be completed once. If you are low on credits, they are a great way to keep you afloat, as they often require you to upgrade units and buildings for which they reward you 20% of the upgrade cost upon completion.

Usage

Credits are mostly used to unlock and upgrade Units as well as Buildings. The costs can very vastly with early upgrades only costing a few thousand and later ones costing a couple hundred thousand credits.

Besides Skill Cards, Credits are also required to unlock Skills which give permanent buffs to your profile.

Furthermore, all Boosts can be bought with credits. While it is not wrong to acquire Blue Boosts in this way, it is not recommended to buy Red and Gold Boosts this way, as doing so increases their costs by 10% which is not insignificant of an increase.
