Currently there is a total of 4 different Speed Ups with the difference only being how much they can speed up upgrade timers:

Green: 1-Day Speed Up

Blue: 3-Day Speed Up

Red: 7-Day Speed Up

Gold: 12-Day Speed Up

Chests

There are several chests which can give you Speed Ups. They are:

• Advertisement Chests

• Clan Supply Chests

• Contract Chests

• Free Chests

• Token Chests

• War Chests

Shop

The daily offers section of the shop, regularly offers Speed Ups even though they aren't available every day. Blue Speed Ups tend to cost between 250 and 350 Gold, Red Speed Ups between 500 and 700 Gold and Gold Speed Ups around 810 to 1200 Gold.

To use a speed up, select the upgrade you are currently upgrading and press the orange button right next to the button that lets you speed up upgrades with Gold. The remaining time for an upgrade doesn't have to fit the time which can be reduced through a Speed UP. This means on for example a 5 day Upgrade, it is possible to use either a 3-Day Speed up or 7-Day Speed up. In the first case, the 3 days would simply be subtracted while in the second case the upgrade would be finished instantly, but the remaining 2 days would be lost.

In general it is the better choice to speed up upgrades with Speed Ups instead of Gold due to their higher efficiency. For example, speeding up 3 days with Gold would cost 500 Gold, while buying a 3 Day Speed Booster from the shop would only cost 250-350 Gold, making it much cheaper. It is this cost discrepancy which can make using 7 Day Speed Boosters on 6 day long upgrades worth it, because even if 1 day is wasted, it would still be cheaper.
