The Photo Table in Groundworks is a wonderful place to capture any sort of object you may want to photograph.
The Photo Table can be turned on by turning on the power on the connected power strip. This will turn on both dimmable led panels on the right and left of the table, as well as the backlight that helps to illuminate the backdrop.
Groundworks provides a Canon 80D DSLR with a 50mm lens. You may use any camera. We provide one in case you need a camera for photography.

You can use the touch screen to focus

Spare batteries can be found on the consulting desk, in Groundworks. During our staffed hours (9-6 M-F), ask our fellowship staff for assistance. If it is after hours, please be responsible and replace batteries so they can be charged for the next user.
The Canon 80D also comes with an SD card. All the Mac Studio computers in Groundworks have SD card readers on the front. YOU ARE WELCOME TO DELETE IMAGES! Similarly, you are responsible for taking your photos with you. Download to a GW computer and move to your memory stick or copy to a cloud based service.
The lights on the left and right of the table have dimmers on them. This allows you to control the lighting environment of your photos.
