Pages includes tools for choosing a look, customizing fonts, personalizing text styles and adding graphics. Users can also view pages side by side as you work, or turn on facing pages to format your document for two-page spreads, book layouts, double-sided printing, and more. Pages also allows you to include footnotes or endnotes to add supplemental information to your document, and a table of contents that appears in the left sidebar and updates automatically as you edit, which can be used to easily navigate your document and jump to different chapters.
