Indigenous and Aboriginal Law courses
Upper-year students* must complete one course in Indigenous People and the Law selected from a roster of courses approved by the Indigenous and Aboriginal Law Committee (University Calendar).
* Applies to JD students admitted 2021 and later.
This upper-year course requirement must be fulfilled by an approved UofA Faculty of Law course. Courses offered by other UofA Faculties, or non UofA institutions, are not eligible.
