COURSE DESCRIPTION: 

Taught from the perspective of the tort law practitioner, this course is designed for students who wish to achieve a more in depth appreciation of important substantive areas of Tort law. 

The course has been crafted  for those who anticipate a career in civil ligation, particularly from a defence perspective. In addition to reviewing current jurisprudence in developing areas of tort law students are encouraged to focus on the practical application of the knowledge acquired to situations they may encounter in practice.
