Time Capsule Drawings

These drawings are the first in the set that will eventually show growth throughout the year. The three drawings are an object, a corner for perspective, and a self portrait. At the end of the year, they'll be redrawn to show improvement during the year.

For every drawing, I used graphite pencils. 2H was the one I used the most. I also used 4B for the shading, and I blended them with a tortillon.

For the scissors piece, i just decided to draw scissors because I could see the shadows and the light on it pretty well. I sketched out the basic shapes and details before adding the shading.
