Graphite Pencil on Drawing Paper

These pieces were pure contour, so there was no shading on any of them. The goal was to be able to create an outline of the hand or shoe.

I used graphite pencil on drawing paper for all these. They were all sketched out with a 2B pencil, and the lines were also darkened with a 2B pencil.

For the rubber band hand drawing, I decided to twist the rubber band so that I could draw the curve of it for some more detail. All three of the drawing were originally supposed to be just the Doc Martens, but I wore the wrong shoes one day so the frontal view ended up being a croc. The croc was kind of difficult to draw because of it's strange shape.
