Wires and resistors on corkboard

This is my first sustained investigation. My inquiry is related to video games and character design, so I decided to use wires and resistors for this project because they are important parts of technology.

The materials for this project are a corkboard which I painted black, a bunch of different colored wires, and a lot of resistors. I also used a red LED light for the nose, and behind the project is circuit board, a bread board, and a battery. They eyes are two little pieces of plastic.

I was originally going to do some 3D modeling for my first sustained investigation, but I messed around with soem stuff and lost my progress. I was going to restart it, but then I got a better idea, which was to make a clown out of all the stuff I had leftover from a tech camp I did with my friend, because I didn't remember how it worked anyway.  I drew out the clown with a chalk pencil. Since the wires parts of the resistors bend super easily, I poked holes in the corkboard on either side of the wires, then put the resistors over them and twisted them together in the back. I originally wanted to make the arms move, but I didn't remember how to do any of the coding for it, so I just went with the light up nose because that doesn't need any coding. This isn't really 2D, but it did turn out better than I expected so I like it.
