I asked the sales associate if I could take a look at the Birkin on display. She simply looked at me and said, “All items on display are for sale,” which made no sense. Not sure if it’s language barrier or she was being deliberately obtuse. I went to my friend who was browsing LV purses but unlike me, she was dressed nicely. She was being attended to by a gentleman who looked to be the manager. I then asked the manager (I assumed that he was) if I could take a look at the Birkin and he simply ignored me, which seriously pissed off my friend.
