If there is lace, it’s referred to as diaphanous. Such beauties are for evening wear, but I believe Princess Di accidentally started the trend before she started wearing slips to please the crown. I’m not sure what the problem is with sheer clothing as many people expose more at the beach with the little strips of fabric covering their axx crack and nips than these sheer blouses, skirts or dresses reveal especially considering that contingent upon style, one mostly either wears a full fabric tube or a T-shirt bra and/or a teddy and boy shorts or knee length stretch pants under them.
