CHRISTMAS PAST
Hustle bustle off to the store I go, time to do that Christmas shopping and spend all my hard earn money on gifts to impress our love ones and friends. Charging my credit card over the limit I go. Hustle bustle off I go to get the special tree and deck it all out in silver and gold! Then wrapping my gifts when the little ones are all tucked in at night, I can’t wait to tell them they have been good so Santa Claus will be coming down the chimney Christmas Eve just for them! What a sight it will be on Christmas morning so see their faces all lit up with delight! But yet I knew deep in my heart that something was just not right and I needed to find out what that was? Why I was feeling so guilty lying to my kids! I open my Bible and I felt an overwhelming urge to sit down and read it. Finding the truth of what my Lord had taught me! I asked him to remove the blinders off my eyes! I then knew in my heart that the Christmas that I had longed look forward to were going to be the Christmas past. No more will I serve two masters! Serving Christmas and teaching my children to lie by lying to them about Santa is playing into the hands of Satan! Deceiving the little children is taking them away from Jesus. Jesus said, "Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these."
Can you not see the truth that Christ has to set you free! Satan is Santa Claus and hindering the little Children to come to Jesus! Do you not see how the name is change to just slightly to deceive the little ones! How can we lie to them when we are hindering them from going to Jesus! Finding that truth has set me free from the idols in my home to the idols in my heart. Taking down all that represents Satan/Santa out of my home! No more will I be caught up in the world’s way of thinking that is just not right! Now all those Christmas past will be out of my life. No more hustle bustle off to the store to go in debt to a credit card! Christmas lives within my Heart is Jesus Christ I worship all year! Teaching my children the truth about Christ! He was born of a virgin birth in the flesh was he. He died and went to hell to save me from all my past sins! With the blood he shed for me, I am now washed clean of sin and all that Jesus has forgiven me is all in the Christmas past that no longer has me! I am free to be a believer in Christ Jesus who lives for me!
I worship my Jesus all year long and put behind me all of the Christmas past!
Who shall you serve in your home come December 25th!

The Little Children and Jesus
15 People were also bringing babies to Jesus to have him touch them. When the disciples saw this, they rebuked them. 16 But Jesus called the children to him and said, "Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these. 17 I tell you the truth, anyone who will not receive the kingdom of God like a little child will never enter it."

I tried to get some sleep. God would not let me sleep I have been up for over 30 hours now. God was not done with me yet. He showed me why I needed to write Christmas past. That we are forgiven of our sins once we take them to Jesus and that sin is in the past wiped clean.
We all grew up with knowing Christmas was about Santa and his reindeers and coming down the chimney! Our Partens taught us what they were taught. It was fun and magical to look and find those hidden gifts. Christmas Eve trying to sleep but then you hear those sleigh bells ringing! Yet you knew you had to stay in bed at least santa caught you up and take back your gifts and give you a lump of coal. Those are feables we learn and taught to our Children. But they are the lies from Satan! To decieve us to lie to our children! Those are my Christmas Past. No more will I be part of this.
I taught my daughter when she was two years old that Santa is lie that adults made up to have a fun Christmas. But they left out Baby Jesus!
Pray and ask God what you should be doing at your house this holiday season? What will you be teaching your Children and grandchildren?
We need the Holy Spirit to show us what we need to do! Follow what he tells you!
Not what I say or do but what God has told you to do!
For myself and I will honor Jesus and his birthday on December 25, It don't matter what day he was born in the Spring or the Fall, this is a national holiday. This is the time to bring family and love ones in to your home and honor Jesus birthday.
What I do beleive is wrong is when you go in debt to pay for the gifts and deck your home so it is better then anyone's else's. Pride gets in the way of the true meaning of Christmas.
But please remember that true believers of Christ are those that honor Christ every day of the year and give out of their heart to those around them. That is Christmas everyday! We don't need to get caught up to find that perfect gift and go in debt over it. Something you made yourself is the perfect gift.
Make that birthday cake and sing unto the Lord!
1. WE MUST FEAR BEING DECEIVED BECAUSE WE CANNOT TRUST OUR NATURAL FACULTIES--OUR FEELINGS, OUR HEARTS, OUR EYES.
Jeremiah 17:9
The Bible says, "The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it". Thus we cannot trust the thoughts or feelings of our own hearts.
Proverbs 14:12
"There is a way which SEEMETH RIGHT UNTO A MAN, but the end thereof are the ways of death". Thus we cannot trust our feelings as to whether something is right or wrong.
We cannot look around and judge things by our own thinking.
It is so easy to be deceived if we depend upon our own thinking, our own eyes, our own feelings.
Proverbs 3:5-6
The Bible warns: “Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; AND LEAN NOT UNTO THINE OWN UNDERSTANDING. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths”
Judas lived and labored with the other apostles for three years, and all of that time he was a deceiver and a false Christian. Yet none of the apostles knew it. In fact, it appears that they did not even suspect him. They were deceived.
So if you believe that celebrating Christmas is evil, then do not celebrate it. But if you celebrate Christmas for the Lord, you both do well.
You should only concern yourself with what our creator God thinks or believer's.
We must obey God word!
John. 14:15, 23, 24
“If you love me, you will obey what I command. “If anyone loves me, he will obey my teaching. My Father will love him, and we will come to him and make our home with him. He who does not love me will not obey my teaching"
1 John. 5:3
"This is how we know that we love the children of God: by loving God and carrying out His commands. This is love for God: to obey His commands. And His commands are not burdensome…"
2 Thess. 2:15
"So then, brothers, stand firm and hold to the teachings we passed on to you, whether by word of mouth or by letter",
2 Tim. 1:13
"What you heard from me, keep as the pattern of sound teaching, with faith and love in Christ Jesus"
We will also be judged on how faithful we are in following the Word of God.
John. 12:47, 48
“As for the person who hears my words but does not keep them, I do not judge him. For I did not come to judge the world, but to save it. There is a judge for the one who rejects me and does not accept my words; that very word which I spoke will condemn him at the last day"
(2 Tim. 4:3, 4)
"For the time will come when men will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead, to suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear. They will turn their ears away from the truth and turn aside to myths"
Yes, this is so true. While on this journey how many times have we been lied to? They are lies of the enemy and I am thankful that showed me the truth and led me away from the deception. What a blessing! Satan blinds so many to the truths, he is a GREAT DECEIVER!
SATAN, WHICH DECEIVETH THE WHOLE WORLD-Rev 12:9.
Paul told us very clearly, MANY...CORRUPT THE WORD OF GOD -2 Cor 2:17.
We have so many blind ministers who combine God’s Word with deception and traditions.
It just never occurs to most people that their church is leading them to hell. They put their faith in their church or denomination and its half-truth doctrines. Only after they die, do these realize they were deceived and made an eternal mistake.
Satan has created numerous false religions throughout the world that have led billions of people to hell.
Rev. 17 -BECAUSE THOU SAYEST, I AM RICH, AND INCREASED WITH GOODS, AND HAVE NEED OF NOTHING; AND KNOWEST NOT THAT THOU ART WRETCHED, AND MISERABLE, AND POOR, AND BLIND, AND NAKED.
Verse 17 calls the people of this church age BLIND and NAKED, yet they do not know their true condition. THEY ARE SO BLIND that they are going to perish, yet they do not know it. They are naked. They are not CLOTHED with Jesus, even though they think they are. They are not clothed with the garments of righteousness,
BUT THEY DO NOT KNOW THAT THIS AS DARKNESS HAS BLINDED THEIR EYES FROM KNOWING THE TRUTH.
Once my EYES WERE OPENED to the truths, I have been able to see so clearly!
Peter 5:8 tells us to “Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour.” An adversary is an enemy. Satan is our enemy, and his deceptions turn many away from the truth.
Proverbs 16:25 tells us that “There is a way that seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death.”
Why does the wrong way seem to be the right way? The way seems right because Satan has deceived men into thinking that what is wrong is right. The way seems right when we believe the lies that Satan has spread so profusely throughout the world. The devil is the grand master of subtlety and deceit, for he knows perfectly how to deceive human beings without their realizing it. Satan makes his lies sound reasonable and true. In order to know the right way, we must accept exactly what God tells us in the Bible no matter how strange it may seem. We must disregard our feelings and believe only what the Bible says, for God, remember, cannot lie. We have to realize that our intuition cannot be relied upon to lead us correctly, for the wrong way often seems right to us.
Just as man’s wisdom is foolishness to God, man in his pathetic ignorance treats the things of God as foolishness.
First Corinthians 2:14 says, “The natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him.”

"Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him" (I John 2:15).
If you think you can have it both ways, listen to this;
(2 Corinthians 6:14,17)
"Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness?...Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you."

Are you hearing God in your life?

I thank you for the blood of Jesus Christ which cleanses me now forever from sin, I come to you now as my deliverer you know my special needs the thing that binds, that torments, that defiles, that evil spirit. That unclean spirit. I claim the promises of your word. "Who so ever that calleth on the Lord shall be delivered," I call upon you now in Jesus Christ name. Deliver me and set me free. Satan, I renounce you and all your works. I loose myself from your works. I loose myself from you now in Jesus name. I command you to leave me right now in Jesus name! I have a confession to make my ancestors and I have sought super natural experiences apart from you. We have disobeyed your word. I ask for you’re forgiveness. I renounce witch craft and magic both black & white. I renounce witch craft and all occult games etc. I renounce hypnoses. I break any hold placed on me. I command it right back where it came from in Jesus name. I thank you Lord for all your doing in through and for me right now! By the Blood of Jesus Christ amen.
