Ingredients
4 Vidalia onions, peeled and quartered
2 T sweet butter
1/2 t (or more) Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning
1/4 C (or more) shredded Parmesan cheese
Preparation
This recipe comes from a friend who told me how to use these four ingredients to make the most delicious onion dish you'll ever eat.
Peel and quarter the Vidalias while you melt 2 T of sweet butter in a baking dish. Roll the onion quarter in the butter, sprinkle with the seasoning and Parmesan. Cover and bake at 400 degrees for one hour.
