4 slices bacon, chopped
1 lb. jumbo shrimp, deveined, shelled, tails removed
4 garlic cloves, chopped
1/2 C white wine
1 lemon, juiced
4 T unsalted butter
1/2+ C whipping cream or Half & Half
1 lb. linguine pasta, cooked separately
1/2 C Italian blend cheeses
Fresh black pepper
Fresh parsley (optional)
You can add additional texture with toasted bread crumbs or pine nuts and even some red sauce pooled on top once the white sauce is tossed with the pasta.
