Sauté the bacon and vegetables until softened. Stir in flour and add the broth slowly. Halve the potatoes, scoop out the meat, and break up into the soup. Simmer, covered, 30-40 minutes. Combine egg yolks with the sour cream; add to the soup. Simmer for a few minutes and serve.
