This soup is deliciously thick and chunky – serve it up with shredded cheddar and Fritos if you want just about the best comfort food on a cold day!
Ingredients

1 red pepper, seeded & chopped
1 poblano pepper, seeded & chopped
2 garlic cloves, chopped
2-3 onions, chopped
1 lb. ground chuck
1 lb sirloin or stew meat, chopped
1 28-oz can diced tomatoes
15-oz can tomato sauce
12-oz can tomato paste
1 28 -oz can hot chili beans with sauce
1 16-oz can pinto beans, drained and rinsed
1 t cumin
1 t paprika
3 T chili powder
1 t sugar
salt (1+ t) and pepper to taste
dash Worcestershire sauce
1-2 C water mixed with 2 t beef bouillon

Saute the meat and vegetables in a large skillet, transfer to a crockpot, add the remaining ingredients, and cook on high for 5-6 hours.
