Pot Stickers are so easy to make and this recipe makes a big batch to freeze if you wish.

Pot Stickers:
¾ lb ground pork
1 C cabbage, minced
2 T ginger, minced
1 T garlic, minced
4 green onions
½ C + 2 T soy sauce
48 wrappers
Wok or garlic oil
¼ C rice vinegar
Dipping Sauce:
Equal parts soy sauce and rice vinegar; add sriracha hot sauce for heat and sugar for sweetness.
Mix pork, cabbage, ginger, garlic and green onions. Form into pot stickers with wrappers by wetting the edge of the wrapper and then folding.
Grease a skillet with wok oil or garlic oil. Add pot stickers once it’s shimmering hot and brown each side. Pour in enough water to barely cover the bottom. Cover. As the dumplings cook, they will steam and eventually get browned some more. Serve with the dipping sauce.
