I've been making this recipe since I was 14 years old. If you like tart tangy eggs, double the mustards and horseradish.
Ingredients
6 hard-boiled eggs
1/4 C Miracle Whip
1 t vinegar (your choice)
1 t prepared (yellow or brown) mustard
1 t horseradish or horseradish mustard
1/8 t salt
Dash of pepper
Paprika
Preparation
Halve hard-boiled eggs lengthwise and remove the yolks to a separate mixing bowl or food processor. Mix Miracle Whip, vinegar, mustards, and salt & pepper with the broken yolks until smooth and creamy. Re-fill egg white halves and sprinkle with paprika. Chill, covered, until served.
