Sugar Free Cinnamon Roasted Almonds

Makes 3 cups

Ingredients

3 cups raw, unsalted almonds

1 egg white

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt

2 teaspoons cinnamon

4 tablespoons Truvia® (Spoonable)

Directions

Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Combine Truvia, cinnamon, and salt. Add almonds to medium bowl. In small bowl whisk together egg white and vanilla until frothy; pour over almonds and add cinnamon mixture, stirring well to coat almonds evenly. Spread almonds on parchment lined baking sheet(s) and bake 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Allow almonds to cool on baking sheet. Store in airtight container.
