Mom-strong bone,strong muscles and flexible joints form iron triangle

 that carries the most important load that is human body

Son- where are situated largest joints and strongest joints and bones of human body.

Mom-they are present in the legs

there fore walk at,

least 3k steps per day.

Exercising legs and feet is life long task.

walk 365 days,

walk for 30-40 minutes daily.

Son-what are percent of persons bones and muscles are present in two legs

Mom-fifty percent

Therefore friends do walk.

Mom-only when feet are healthy then convention current of blood flows smoothly so people

who have strong legs muscle will definitely have strong heart.

Son-Aging start from the feet upwards.Please walk and walk.
