Carpe Diem Quarantine Borders

My dear friends when I was 18 years old lady,

I worked as JRF in research lab famous

What seems to me just and right,

Sometime I found was not right,

With senior researcher around me,

Sometime I was disagreeing annoyingly,

I quarantine myself for some time,

But sooner I listen, argued, debated and

walked with them respectfully,

In the process I understood

Results of my scientific projects,

My views about the world also changed.

In research lab I had specific identity

In which I was pigeonholed,

Sometime I found myself, surrounded,

By people with perspective - thoughts of diversity,

I quarantine myself for few days,

Sometime I found myself, surrounded by people,

May be infected by Corona virus,

And by people who look, pray and vote differently,

I quarantine my self for 14 days, later on I walked with them,

And their views I respected,In the process I gradually understood

Basic science concepts; socially I found I attained unique identity.

My young scientist friend the world is yours,

Quaranting for few days is temporary phase,

Irrespective of gender I humbly request you

To Clean and feed it grow and nurture,

Own it, walk very humbly in it and make it yours,

Fill it, with songs emphasizing scientific aptitudes,

And togetherness, With big smiles and tight hugs,

And please preserve heritage scientific

For your children and future.

Just get up, and show up the world,

That the same scientific finding air we breathe all,

The scientific exploration soil we walk all,

To be happy and peaceful in life, we want all,

Seize the day of happiness! In your scientific Adventures,

My dear scientist friends, making quarantine border is temporary phase

Walk comfortably with science researches,

And carpe diem all days,Forward
