Raising Children - Science

In every family children are most precious gift from God.

My grandmother use to tell us raising children is an art.

She always used to keep eye on every activity of every grand child.

She was highly concerned about her grandchildren needs and health.

She will tell us that when she was young hers was joint family.

She used to tell us,hers was first generation, her up bringing,

 was according to instruction based theory(IBT)

Elders of house will give instruction and every child of house,

 will follow the instructions without fail.

For second generation children the pattern of upbringing children,

followed discussion based theory(DBT)

According to DBT  children were allowed to discuss rules made for their up bringing,

But most of time it was elders instructions were to be followed by children.

For third generation children pattern of up bringing,

 for children was Debate based theory(DeBT).

According to DeBT children were about to debate on pattern of their upbringing.

It was little difficult for elders to handle situations.

As some times there were heated arguments which brought,

 emotional disturbance among family members.

Fourth generation children were more difficult to handle,

 as they started   asking “why” for every activity.

They started saying”no” to many orders of parents.

The natural logic for which elders were worried was,

 if everything  from children will come under”no”

patter, how will children learn about values pattern

of family or for that matter simple essential things,

 for surviving to become gentle person of family.

Impact of science technology is so much in air of outside world,

 that when child faces world with so many dark truths of life ,

He or she gets confused and sometime loses him or her self in toxic air of values.

That has sad effect on parents ,

They get worried about child but they are too late to bring him or her to right path.

Friends though science technology has blessed us with so many life saving drugs,

 and has increased our level of comforts,

 but science technology other edge can be dangerous if not taken,

 care can bring children to bottom of dark well where child can be on path of no return.
