Lightroom Basics

Adobe's Page: Lightroom: used to manage the photos and associated photo editing

At a high level - I used Lightroom for the following:

• Import photos from my camera's memory card
• Organize the photos into the folders
• Eliminate photos I don't want
• Mark the photos that I do want - usually with some Stars and / or Keywords
• Process the photos using what is known as "Presets" that does color and lens corrrections
• Export the photos out to upload into social media such as Instagram and store the photos on Google Photos into albums for later use
