Spaghetti Sauce

Sauce Pan

1/4 Cup Olive Oil

3 Cloves Garlic

Pour the Olive Oil into a sauce pan, heat it up & add the cloves of garlic…brown the garlic until it looks to have a nice tan.

Add 28 oz of can of crushed tomato's to the sauce pan

Top with fresh basil (4/6 leaves) & salt/pepper to taste

Add 3 coarsely chopped fresh tomato's

options: onion, crushed red pepper, celery

Let simmer for 10 minutes on low/med heat.

Makes about a quart of sauce.

Remove the basil leaves.

Remove the garlic & use it for your bread.
