Dispersion

In this activity you want to trace the ray as it goes through the top of a triangular prism and then refracts twice resulting in dispersion. You want to note the colours on your trace, which is bent most and which is bent least.

You then need to use the red and blue coloured filters. Take note of what you can now see and how broad is the refracted beam? Can you see all the colours?
