Electric power - lesson 2
OUTCOME
By the end of the lesson you will recognise and be able to describe the field created in a current carrying wire. You will be able to apply this to creating an electromagnet.
When a current passes through a wire a magnetic field is created.
The field direction is determined by the right hand grip rule
