Flight - Lesson 3

OUTCOME

By the end of the lesson you will investigate and explain the effects that fast moving fluids have on bodies.

As air speeds up, it decreases pressure, and objects tend to move from high pressure, to low pressure areas.

The aerofoil achieves a low pressure on top of a wing, and high under it, thereby producing a force upward.
