Ground Turkey breast
Cooked Quinoa (I cooked mine in chicken broth)
1/2 - 3/4 C. Shredded Mozzerella Cheese (or cheese of your choice)
1/4 C. Pizza Sauce/Pasta Sauce or Seasoned Tomato Sauce (dig around in the fridge)
Fresh Ground Pepper
Preheat Grill to very hot.
Add to a large bowl, equal parts Ground Turkey Breast and Quinoa. Add Pizza Sauce and shredded cheese, then stir carefully together.
Form into patties and place on hot grill. Grill on both sides only 1-2 minutes just to get the outside firm. Be careful when turning.
Turn off one side of the grill and lower remaining burner to med-high. Place patties on side of grill that is turned OFF. They will continue to cook by indirect heat, this helps them to cook evenly without drying out. Cook for 5 minutes on each side.
During last 2 minutes of cooking, spread BBQ Sauce over tops of patties (optional). Enjoy! :)
