1 Tbsp. Butter
1 1/4 cups half and half
2-3 minced garlic cloves
1/2 tsp dried parsley
3/4 cup (3 oz) grated fresh Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp fresh ground pepper
