Creamy Greek Dressing

This is delicious and healthy! For "easy peasy" mix this up in a mason jar (using the markings on the glass to measure), close the lid and shake! One jar to wash later! :)

In a mason jar, measure out...

1/2 C. Almond Milk (plain, unsweetened)

1/4 full fat Organic Greek Yogurt

1/2 C. extra virgin olive oil (good quality here for flavor!)

2 Tbsp. Red Wine Vinegar

1 Tbsp. Fresh Lemon Juice

2 finely minced garlic cloves

2 tsp. dried oregano (crush in fingers)

1/2 tsp. dried dill

3/4 tsp. fine grain Himalayan pink salt

1/4 tsp. fresh ground pepper

Secure the lid and shake vigorously. :) It will thicken after it's chilled a bit, but you can use it right away. Enjoy!
