Overview:

Powtoon is a user-friendly, online tool that allows the creator to make their own professional-looking animated presentations and videos in just three easy steps! First, write a script. Then, record a voiceover. Finally, add visuals. There are even templates available for students, teachers and faculty, and administration. Characters and animations are readily available for the user to choose from, as well as music that goes along with the presentation. The presentation can play automatically so no one needs to stand by the computer, or the viewer can choose to watch it as a presentation, allowing them to spend as much time as they need on each slide. Powtoon can be used during Direct Instruction, as an independent station during small group work, or for student projects! Powtoon is easy to use as the creator, and engaging for the viewer!
