Overview:

Lexia PowerUp is an online program designed for Grades 6 and Up to support the deevelopment of literacy fundamentals and higher-order thinking skills. The program focuses on three important areas, including word study, grammar, and comprehension. The teacher and student dashboards make it easy for all users to navigate and monitor learners' progress. The individualized dashboards promote goal-setting, allowing students to set and manage their individual goals. The material is age-appropriate, with authentic texts that will interest students, instructional videos with music, game-based elements, and personalized learning. Learners are able to select which activities they work on each time they log in. After each activity, learners receive immediate feedback. Appropriate scaffolding is provided if students reattempt an activity. The teacher dashboard makes it simple to track each student's program usage, progress through the content, skills acquired, and any areas of difficulty. Lexia PowerUp even provides instructional resources for any students who need extra support, as well as real-time student performance data.
