Overview:
Explain Everything is an engaging presentation program that is able to integrate content from a wide variety of resources, including photos, PDF files, websites, movies, and Google Drive files. After creating a project, you are able to record yourself presenting for students to view later individually at their own pace. Explain Everything can also be used as an assessment tool. A template can be shared with problems and then students can write their responses and record themselves explaining their thinking. The collaboration feature allows students to work together on group projects, and for students and teachers to work on the same presentation at the same time.
The presentation can be viewed as a whole group or students can view it individually. Projects are easily shared on Google Classroom, through a web video link, or by inviting others to join. When creating a new presentation, simply click "New Project". You can either choose to start with a blank project screen or import from a source you have already found or created. Explain Everything provides a variety of features to use in your presentation, including the text tool, shape tool, draw tool, fill tool, and so much more. There is even a whiteboard feature so you are able to right directly on the content during the presentation. When you have completed your presentation, you can save it to the Explain Cloud Drive. You are also able to search subject areas for already created presentations to use with a subscription.

PHA does not have a paid subscription for Explain Everything, but you and your students are welcome to use the free version.

Click on “SIGN UP WITH GOOGLE” and sign in with your PHA GMail account
To access your free account:
Click on the “SIGN IN” button
Click ion “SIGN IN WITH GOOGLE” and sign in with your PHA GMail account
