Overview:

Equatio allows users to create equations, formulas, and more to make STEM class more accessible and engaging to all students! It can be downloaded as a Google Chrome Extension. Equatio can be used with Google Docs, Slides, Sheets, Drawings, and Forms. Equatio offers a variety of features. It is quick and easy to create math and science expressions by typing it directly into the Equation Editor. Users are able to create graphs with the Graph Editor. The Handwriting Recognition tool is able to turn handwritten equations from a touch-screen or mouse pointer into digital equations. Students can dictate equations and formulas aloud using the Speech Input feature. The Screenshot Reader also enables users to turn a screenshot of an equation into an edible version. Equatio does not teach students Math equations, but is a tool that allows teachers and students to create equations online, allowing them to solve complex Math problems. Teachers are able to download Equatio for free!
