Lead Times

Lead times determine when a 'to-do' task appears in your inbox.

For example, if you have an annual requirement like a gas boiler inspection with a lead time of one month, the task will be created 11 months after the last inspection.

These are the default lead time that Opus use when configuring different checks unless instructed otherwise:

Checklists:

• • • Daily - 8 Hours

    • Weekly - 8 Hours

    • Monthly - 3 Days

    • 3 Months - 7 days

    • 6 Monthly+  1 week

Documents:

• • • Monthly - 5 Days

    • 3 Months - 2 weeks

    • 6 Monthly +  1 month

For training and E-learning, the default lead time is 14 days.

You can change many of these lead times yourself. However, if you want to change asset type requirement lead times or training lead times en masse, you'll need to ask Opus for help.
