Archiving Individual Training / E-learning / Checklist Records or Requirements
Sometimes, you might need to archive an employee's records or requirements if they're not relevant anymore. Here's how you can do that:
Navigate to the employee's record and scroll to the training, E-learning or checklist name: and click on it:
Click edit in the top right corner:
If it's Role Required training, pay attention to the info message that pops up:
Scroll down and click the 'Archive now' radio button:
Finally, either hit the return button or scroll down to the bottom of the page and click 'Save.'
And there you go, the record or requirement is now archived.
