A new optional report type specifically designed for recording spillages. This addition could be particularly beneficial for clients who are ISO 14001 accredited and require detailed spillage documentation.

❗Employee Intervention

All clients

Used for where action needs to be taken place against an employee. Examples include instances where an employee has been observed not wearing PPE or where an incident necessitates retraining. It is typically used as a sub-task for a near miss or accident, particularly when such events are caused by an act or omission of staff behaviour.

🚨Log Enforcement Officer Visit

All clients

A report type to log a visit from an enforcement agency such as the Fire Service, HSE, Environmental Health etc.
Log the visit and add actions as sub tasks to ensure that you complete any required further actions.

👷Log a Contractor On Site

All clients

Used to record the arrival and departure of a contractor. This report also contains key steps that should be carried out before a contractor is allowed to work on site.

Spot any potential hazards in your workplace, like broken equipment or folks not wearing the right PPE? Use this template to report it. Remember, a Safety Observation is where something could happen that might cause harm, while a Near Miss Incident is where something happened, but no harm was caused.
