Viewing / Updating training

If an employee has training that's due or overdue, you'll have a task for it. Just click the link in the task to go straight to the inspection:

The instructions below show you how to view and update training if there isn't a task due for it or you want to access it via the employee page.

Head to your employee list - Inbox > manage > employees

Click on the staff member and scroll down to the training section:

You'll see all the required training for their role and any added on an individual basis.

To view an existing training certificate click on view.

To submit a training record click on submit:

If there is already training present you will be able to click on show and view the certificate. 

To update training, upload a new certificate and select the training date. The due date will be set automatically based on the training type.

Multi-Submit

If you want to add the same certificate or training document to multiple staff you can use the multi-submit option

Clicking this will show you all staff who have the same training requirement, you can select them as needed.

Note they must already have the training assigned to them first.
