Task Severities
Tasks have severities to help you prioritise them in the task inbox. The most severe tasks show up at the top of the inbox.
Some severities are set by the system, while others can be configured.
Grades
Critical
Incidents
Road Traffic Collisions
Food Complaints
Major
Corrective actions from checklists
Corrective / Preventative Actions
Hazard Spots
'to do' tasks for assets e.g. checklists
Minor
'to do' tasks for employees e.g. training
Advisory
'Something Else' reports
Configurable Severities
You can configure severities for the following 'to do' tasks:
Training
E-learning
Checklists (site / employee / asset)
Documents (site / employee / asset)
Individual Training does not currently have a user facing function for changing severities but will default to minor (this can be changed on request)
Changing Severity of an Existing Task
To change the severity of role required training, E-learning and checklists, click on the relevant item from the Role Requirements page.
Click 'Edit' next to the task title:
Select a new severity from the drop-down box.
