Checklists: How to View Historical Submissions

Look at a checklist submission history:

Site checklists

Navigate to Manage Checklists (Inbox > manage > select checklists from the sidebar). 

Then click on 'Show' on the checklist you want to look at:

Employee /Asset checklists 

Navigate to the employee /asset record, scroll to the checklists section and click on the checklist name

Below this you will see the history of submissions in the 'Submissions' section. 

This shows you the time between submissions.

You can click on 'Show' to get more information:

You will now see the questions and responses.

Any responses that have generated an action will have an entry in the Action column. There will be a red shield icon if the action is open or a grey ticked shield if the action is resolved:

Question History

To view the history of an individual question, navigate to the mange view of the checklist as above.

Now below the Submission history section is an Observations section:

This will list each question, and if you click 'Show' on the right hand side, you will see the entire history for that question, as above you will see icons in the Action column to show if open or resolved actions were created.
