You can search for tasks as a site level via the All Tasks page but if you want more in depth reporting or to search across multiple sites head to the Task Reports page.
Note: The search methods described lower down this page work both on Task Reports and All Tasks.
From the Site Inbox click on 'Switch to Manage Mode' then click on 'Task Reports':
By default, the system shows open incident reports (injury incidents, near misses). Click 'resolved' to see resolved reports or click 'open' again to see both open and resolved tasks at the same time.
Use 'Sort' to change the display order of results. The default is recently updated first:
You can add a date range filter to your results:
Or use predefined date ranges like 'last quarter':
Use 'Quick Filters' from the dropdown menu for common searches, like 'Automated corrective actions' or RIDDOR incidents:
Use the 'Filter' option to focus on tasks related to Site, Assets, or Employees:
Customise the information displayed using the display options:
Search for specific report templates using the Template filter section:
Note this only shows templates that have been used so far.
You can export the data returned in your task reports query into a CSV file for further analysis off system.
You can use search parameters to find tasks:
Assignee - tasks assigned to a user
Author - tasks created by a user
Labelled - search for tasks with a label such as report templates eg 'near miss'
Role or Asset Type - search for tasks related to employees with a certain role or assets with a certain type
Site - search for tasks at a particular site
Title - this is the default if you free text search, it searches for tasks based on titles
When you search tasks for keywords, eg Fire will show any task with the word 'fire' in the task title.
If you search for fire safety you will see everything with fire OR safety in the task title
If you wrap this in quotes - "fire safety" you will see everything with that exact phrase.
You can then use a search operator to refine your query:
Eg - this will search for tasks that don't have the word fire in
Combine search parameters and search operators to find specific tasks.
For example - this search looks for all tasks assigned to a user call 'Aston Dixon' with 'hats' in the title and has a label of 'safety alert'
You can clear your query by clicking on the X button to the right
Remember - you can bookmark your searches and share them. If you have frequently used sreaches contact Opus to ask them to add them into your Quick Filters for all users.
