Even without a login, employees can still do E-learning and complete checklists, but it's might be more efficient to do this via their own login ( see here).
Follow the steps here to see how you can grant temporary access to all due E-learning / Checklists.
If E-learning, or employee checklists are due you will have a task for this in your site inbox:
You can click on the link in the task and it will take you straight to the page for that E-learning / checklist for that employee.
However, it's likely that the employee will have a number of tasks to do so we advise dealing with these all at the same time from the employee's page.
First navigate to the employees page by selecting 'Manage' then clicking on All Employees in the sidebar.
Next, find the employee and click on their name.
The new method (as of 28th Aug 2025) allows you to give an unregistered user access to a restricted My Dashboard for 2 weeks in order to complete outstanding E-learning or checklists.
Note: This method cannot be used if the employee is registered.
Scroll down to get to the E-learning section (or the Checklist section further down) and click on the QR Button or the 'Grant temporary access' button at the bottom of the table
You will now see this screen
Method 1 - ask the employee to scan the QR code on a mobile device.
Method 2 - Click 'Copy link' and send the link to the employee (do not use the link on your own device while logged in)
Using this link / QR will take the user to a restricted My Dashboard where they can only carry out E-learning or Checklists
For E-learning - they will see the standard confirmation after passing the quiz
Click 'Mark as completed' to save the E-learning . Please note that it may take a few seconds after clicking for this to complete - please ensure that you have internet or WIFI signal!
If you miss this step the E-learning will not count as completed
If you want a user to complete a specific E-learning or checklist (for example as part of an action following an accident investigation) then you can still share individual links, just click on complete on the right hand side of the requirement:
You will now see a screen similar to this
Method 1 - ask the employee to scan the QR code on a mobile device.
Method 2 - Click 'Copy link' and send the link to the employee (do not use the link on your own device while logged in)
Method 3 - Click 'Use this device' and hand over your device to the employee. Note this will log you out as a security measure.
